Follow these simple steps to get the most out of movr. Along the way, you’ll gain a stronger understanding of where you’re at, what you need, and how to forge a strong, lasting connection with your body.
Step 1: Complete the Movement Assessment
There are 10 straightforward tests that help movr get to know how you move. You can complete them one at a time, or all at once (10 min).
The more tests you complete, the more you can do in movr – and the better movr will be at delivering sessions tailored to you.
Step 2: Take 5 Minutes for a Mini
Minis are focused 5-minute sessions to help you open up and improve where you need it most. Your Minis are curated to address the biggest areas of opportunity identified by your Movement Assessment.
You also have access to Everyday Minis – sessions to prepare you for the next part of your day whenever you’ve got 5 minutes to spare.
Step 3: Schedule Your Next Session
You can always schedule your next session to receive a reminder – just make sure you’ve got Push Notifications turned on. You’ll find your schedule located on your profile page.
Step 4: Remember to Re-test
After you’ve completed your Movement Assessment, you can come back and re-test anytime (we recommend every other week). This allows you to measure your progress and see your improvement firsthand.
What’s more, every time you update a movement test, you’ll gain access to more movements and Minis to keep you feeling challenged at the right level.
Step 5: Keep Moving Forward
When you’re ready to take your training to the next level, try building your own session with Builder.
You pick the parameters – like time, equipment, and exercise type – and Builder will design an in-the-moment session to get you moving the way you want to.
